Kings Bridge Bar & Restaurant has quickly established itself as one of Launceston’s great places to hold a function for that special occasion. The lodge

Our secluded private function room offers an original 19th century Penny Royal Watermill theme. Georgian cobblestone walls and rustic interior complete with open fireplace and a bar nearby takes you back to a bygone era. There is a piano for the artistic kind, or enjoy modern tunes via audio equipment. Be amongst the atmosphere of The Kings Bridge history and enjoy your party. With standing room for 50 or seating around 30 comfortably this wonderful room is perfect for any event, corporate function or special occasion.

Minimum spend is $1500 Capacity – 45 Style – Cocktail Capacity – 35 Style – Sit-down

The bar

Located along side our front bar, the Bar is the perfect place for your next function. This amazing room boasts its own bar, bathrooms and an option of the pool table, so there is never a need to leave the party. With standing room for about 50 or bar style seating available, why not make it your next choice when picking the perfect venue for any occasion.

Minimum spend is $1500 Capacity – 50 Style – Cocktail

THe watermill room

Our ever-popular watermill Room is the perfect setting to accompany any occasion. With an amazing waterwheel feature, stained glass doors that can be open to an alfresco area on those warm summer nights, plasma screen and its own bar there is no better place to enjoy a drink, have a meal from our eclectic menu or have use of this area exclusively for your next function. With standing room for 120 or seating around 90 comfortably this stylish room is perfect for any event, corporate function or special occasion.

Minimum spend is $3000 with shared Lodge space, exclusive to use both Watermill room and The Lodge the minimum spend is $5000. Capacity – 120 Style – Cocktail Capacity – 95 Style – Sit-down

Three Course - $75 per head Your choice of entrée, main and dessert, 3 options selected from each category from the current seasonal menu.
